**New Professional/Retired/Military/or Senior over 65:  are eligible for a $20.00 discount total off of the standard rate. Please choose this option at check out. This discount is not given on top of the already discounted early bird rate or otherwise flat rates, including the virtual option. One $20.00 discount only per registrant. A new professional is considered to have only been working in the field for 2 years or less. Students are eligible for student rate only.

Tier 1: Any registration (onsite attendance only) now through March 15, 2026 will receive early bird rate plus a copy of “Scripture and Scrubs: A Christian Calling to Healthcare” (B&H Academic) and t-shirt (for pick up on site)

Tier 2: Any registration (onsite attendance only) from March 16 – April 30, 2026 will receive the early bird rate and a t-shirt (no book) (for pick up on site)

Tier 3: Registration May 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026 will receive the early bird rate only. 

Tier 4: Registrations after May 31, 2006 until time of conference, will be at the standard rate.

Each registrant will be placed in a raffle for various door prizes throughout the conference weekend.

Registration fees include all taxes, fees, keynote address, plenary lunch, and your choice of workshops. Hotel stay includes daily hot breakfast buffet, and evening reception (includes 2 drinks). Call for Workshop Presenters

We are looking for a 1 – 1.5 hour workshop presenters who aligns with our core beliefs and wants to educate a body of health and human service professionals and students at our 2026 Annual Conference to be held 8-10 in Columbus Ohio. Our theme this year is “Rooted in Christ, Growing in Wellness” guided by Colossians 2:6-7 “… live rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith…” 

Presenters (team presenters are welcome) should be subject matter experts in a field within health and human services. Accepted Workshop Presenters will receive a discounted rate of – $160

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)

We will be awarding continuing education units up to 11 CEs during the conference.*

*The Association of Christians in Health and Human Services, #1899, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 9/11/2024 – 9/11/2027.
