As a Christian in the health and human services field, you are committed to serving with excellence and Christlike compassion, without compromising your beliefs. You play a crucial role in how your community functions and ensure that people, especially the most vulnerable, are cared for and protected.

The Association of Christians in Health and Human Services seeks to support Christian health and human services professionals — including nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, counselors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, chaplains, and social workers — by:

• Promoting biblical integration and ethical practice (see Core Beliefs and Mission/Vision/Ethics)
• Affirming the inerrancy of Scripture devoid of any postmodern efforts of deconstruction or superimposed individual narratives
• Promoting an appreciation of member diversity and unity in Jesus Christ as the risen Lord
• Supporting committed professionals to uphold biblical views regarding issues such as the sanctity of life, God’s creation of man and woman in His image, and God’s intended purpose for marriage as being of one man and one woman
